VOLTA provides maximum support for Swiss electrical companies in the areas of calculation and document workflow (offers, service reports, invoices). While its standard features (project, document and customer management) makes the daily business pretty simple VOLTA offers interfaces for integrating external systems (e.g. time tracking). Thanks to the cloud-based architecture, VOLTA can be used on every platform (Windows, macOS and Linux). VOLTA is certified by CRB and EIT.swiss and supports all stardards like NPK, Steiger, VSAS and ELDAS.

And with VOLTA mobile for iOS and Android, users have maximum control even when they're on the road. User can generate service reports directly at the place of work and let the customer sign it. As soon as there is an internet connection, the data will automatically be transferred to VOLTA for invoicing.

Description
With the open source tool OpenWebStart (OWS), end users can download Java desktop applications from the Internet and run them without additional installation. This enables centralised distribution and updating of applications, which streamlines administration processes and increases security.

This approach is particularly well established for business software. Until Java 11, a corresponding tool was provided via the Oracle JDK, but there is no longer a standard solution for current Java versions. OWS closes this gap and offers significant added value for users thanks to an active community.
