The QualiReader PI is the efficient solution for printing and direct inspection. PI stands for Print and Inspect and is compatible with many printing technologies (thermal transfer, inkjet, laser) from many manufacturers and with many print media, such as labels or folding boxes.

The label is created directly on the system or by a labelling software such as NiceLabel and then used for printing and inspection at the same time. No need to teach printer and camera separately. No need for a golden image. Both print image inspection and code reading take place in the same inspection step. Thanks to internal article management, product changes can be carried out quickly without the need to recalibrate or adjust parameters.

The order data can be easily transferred to a large number of Level 3 providers via the open XML interface or scanned in using a handheld scanner. The production data can be returned directly to the Level 3 system or saved manually using reports and order exports.
