MESYS Shaft System Calculation Product & Cloud Service show product detailhide product detail

Description
The MESYS shaft system calculation allows the calculation of stresses and deformations of shaft systems using load spectra.
Rolling bearings are considered as nonlinear stiffness and all inputs of the MESYS rolling bearing analysis are available.
Shafts can be connected by gears or belts to consider a whole system. A gear calculation according to ISO 6336 is integrated and there are interfaces to third-party gear calculation programs.
Housings, complex shafts or planet carriers can be considered as 3D-elastic parts (condensed 3D-FE models by STEP imports) for an accurate consideration of compliance.
Natural frequencies can be calculated with or without gyroscopic effect.
Strength calculation is done according DIN 743 (2012).
