With the open source tool OpenWebStart (OWS), end users can download Java desktop applications from the Internet and run them without additional installation. This enables centralised distribution and updating of applications, which streamlines administration processes and increases security.

As a scalable all-in-one solution, it contains all the functionality for the whole process for recording minutes. verbalix meets the requirements on all levels, starting from recording minutes of simple meetings on a communal level up to meetings of the national parliaments.
