Stellenmatch is an AI-powered career-guidance solution for teenagers in Switzerland. In our web app, a specialized AI conducts a voice-based interview lasting around 45 minutes to capture interests, strengths, and aspirations. Trainers complete the official form electronically, with the underlying evidence next to each item, and sign it digitally together with the apprentice.
