We are Stellenmatch, a Swiss startup for career guidance. We help teenagers discover which apprenticeships fit them best. Our specialized AI conducts a 45-minute interview with them in our web app. At the end, the teenagers receive a personal report with the best-matching apprenticeships, possible future paths, and actionable next steps. Our use of AI allows us - unlike typical online tests - not only to recommend apprenticeships, but to clearly explain why they are a good match.
We are currently also developing a version for adults that automatically scans hundreds of job postings and suggests suitable roles.
