Our platform combines learning documentation, guided reflection and the education report (Bildungsbericht). Apprentices document their work as it happens and are guided while doing it: instead of an empty text field they get the right reflection question, chosen from more than 80 questions across five levels and matched to the apprenticeship year and the competence at hand.
Those entries build a competence profile from weighted evidence, and from that the education report on the official form. mentro shows openly where it is confident and where it is estimating. The AI classifies and suggests, people assess and sign. Application, database and AI all run in Switzerland.
