If you would like to manage your database yourself, our self-service, on-demand database is the way to go. Looking for a way to save money and a cost-effective way into database management? In that case, our shared server databases are ideal.

Nine runs and secures your server with daily backups, and installs updates. You require more? We are happy to offer a multi-server installation, such as a master-slave setup.

We use well-known open-source engines as the basis for our relational databases: MySQL, MariaDB and PostgreSQL. For our Managed Server product (dedicated & virtual), we offer different levels of additional guarantees and services as outlined in our SLAs.

Custom Storage for You: Our S3-compatible Object Storage continually adapts to your storage needs. Take advantage of the flexibility offered by our Object Storage and only pay for the storage space you really use.

Object Storage is more than just a backup storage solution. It is the ideal product to supply data to websites and mobile apps, store and provide user uploads, or host entire websites. It is also the recommended method for file storage and usage when using Nine Kubernetes Engine or Deploio.

Our Object Storage is a file hosting service. As opposed to block storage, it offers unlimited storage capacity (theoretically – so please let us know in advance if you are planning significant growth). There are no limits to file uploads, and the Object storage stores data redundantly for each data center at all times.. You have the choice between two different data centres.

S3 is a widely used alternative to local file storage, which allows file uploads and downloads through HTTP(S) protocols. You can find further information on the structure and topics like programming interfaces in our documentation.
