Klarsicht is the incident agent by Outcept: it receives your Grafana alerts, inspects the Kubernetes cluster and delivers a root cause analysis before you open a terminal - typically in under 60 seconds.
Klarsicht reads pod status, logs, Kubernetes events and Prometheus metrics, then returns the root cause with a confidence score, concrete fix steps as kubectl commands and a postmortem draft to Slack, Teams or Discord. Install via one Helm chart and one webhook, in five minutes.
Our USP: Klarsicht runs inside your cluster, not in our cloud. In full on-prem mode with Ollama, vLLM or IBM watsonx, not a single byte leaves your network - built for air-gapped environments and regulated industries.
