dolmX is a platform for community interpreting via video. We enhance communication in the public sector, esp. in the areas of medicine and healthcare, asylum procedures, social services, and education.
On our portal app.dolmx.ch, you can book an interpreter in less than a minute. You will be automatically matched with a suitable certified interpreter from our community.
All interpreting sessions take place directly in the dolmX app, and are charged pay-as-you-go.
All communication is encrypted and we are not recording or storing any data from your video sessions.
Thus, dolmX is a quicker, cheaper, and more efficient way to ensure intercultural communication, compared to standard solutions for interpreting by telephone or on-site.
dolmX was founded in Baden (AG) in 2021.
