DESKA is the foundation for a modern and efficient use of the existing workplaces, rooms and meeting rooms.
With the increased need for new forms of work, the demands on the management of existing workplaces are also increasing. Instead of permanently assigned desks, more and more companies are relying on the shared desk principle. Even if three people share two workstations, the office space can potentially be reduced by up to 30%.
DESKA manages the availability and booking of your desks, generic room and meeting rooms. Availability is shown on E-Ink displays which are part of the DESKA solution.
An web based booking system allows you to reserve and manage all of your companies ressource - even spawning sites and buildings.
DESKA is offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The E-Ink displays, hosting, support and even RMAs are included in the monthly price.
