Agentic Engineering Days is Switzerland's conference for AI coding and agents: one day, four tracks, more than 40 sessions and over 50 speakers from OpenAI, Hugging Face, NVIDIA, GitHub, Google, Microsoft, AWS, IBM and Databricks. Every contribution was hand-picked from 344 submissions from 38 countries, against a single criterion: technical depth and honest experience reports, including what didn't work.
The program is especially rich in Swiss practice. Migros Online presents autonomous engineering agents in production, Swisscom the evolution of agentic systems inside the group, and Swiss Post the case for small language models in document processing. Further contributions come from ELCA, adesso Schweiz, bespinian, copebit and amnis. Four hands-on sessions give participants 75 to 90 minutes of building on their own laptop – with OpenAI, Google Cloud, and IBM and Red Hat, among others. The day closes with a panel discussion on whether autonomous agents can be trusted.
