THOPinspect is THOP AG’s modular vision platform for automated quality inspection in machines and production lines.
Cameras, optics, lighting, computing units and inspection software are combined into a fully integrated system. Depending on the application, rule-based image processing, AI or a combination of both is used.
Typical applications include:
- Surface inspection
- Completeness inspection
- Presence inspection
- Dimensional and position inspection
- Rule-based and AI-based defect detection
Application-specific inspection software and operator interfaces can be developed and integrated as required. THOPinspect supports machine integration, retrofit and inline inspection – from feasibility study to commissioning.
