Staffgenius GmbH is a software company based in Winterthur. We build inplan, AI-powered shift scheduling for healthcare. Our team brings more than seven years of experience from running the staffing pool INPOOL and knows planning in nursing and emergency services from real practice. Our goal: less effort for planners, more say and transparency for staff, and fair, rule-compliant rosters for the whole organisation. We develop in Switzerland and run our software in Swiss data centres.

- inplan is shift scheduling for nursing and emergency services. Planners record the demand per unit and see at a glance where shifts are missing. AI planning fills a whole month, keeps to the legal rules and shares shifts out fairly. Staff plan their own shifts during the planning phase, swap shifts on the shift marketplace and see their plan at any time in the mobile app or in their own calendar. Open shifts go to the pool as an order, internally or externally via INPOOL. inplan also includes time recording with a planned/actual comparison and justified deviations, and the assistant "Ask inplan", which answers questions about the plan. inplan is developed in Switzerland and runs in Swiss data centres.
