Quartiero GmbH puts house information in apartment buildings onto a touchscreen in the
stairwell. Property managers maintain notices, house rules and the waste calendar in a web
portal, and residents see them where they walk past every day. A change reaches the screen
seconds later, with nobody driving to the building.
We build the entire platform ourselves, from the serverless backend through both portals
and the player software to the Android firmware on the devices. Operations and data stay in
Switzerland.
What sets us apart is touch. The screen is a tool rather than a display board, and whatever
it measures it counts anonymously, with no camera and no resident login.

Quartiero replaces the paper noticeboard in the stairwell with a touchscreen that the
property manager fills remotely. Notices, house rules, the waste calendar and attachments
are created in a web portal, and playlists control where and when each item runs: across
every property, in one building, or at a single entrance. A change reaches the screen
seconds later.
Residents need neither an app nor an account. They tap through the content and use a QR
code to take anything worth reading to their phone. The screen picks up the manager's logo
and colours.
The screens need no attention on site. They enrol themselves at first boot and update on
their own. A presence sensor wakes them and counts anonymously, without a camera.
