Firmierung zur FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG
Following last year's organisational merger, the next logical step is now being taken: FINNOFLEET BNI AG and FINNOFLEET KWS AG will in future operate jointly under the name FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG. In addition, Ulrich Jacobi will be stepping down from operational management at the end of March 2026.
The two companies are thus continuing the merger at a legal level and will operate as FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG in future. The legal merger will take place after the annual financial statements and the Annual General Meeting in spring 2026. The entry in the commercial register is planned for 30 June 2026 at the latest.
The locations in Bern, Sursee and Zurich-Oerlikon will remain in place. Sursee will be the company's new headquarters.
Ulrich Jacobi is stepping down from operational management
This development will result in a change in the management team: Ulrich Jacobi, who previously led the company as CEO and is currently CFO, will step down from operational management at the end of March 2026. He will remain associated with FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG as an active member of the Board of Directors.
With this step, FINNOFLEET Schweiz AG is simplifying its management structure and aligning itself for the next phase of development.
