    Voice Biometrics Platform supports speaker verification and speaker identification, fraud detection, voice signature/authentication Key Features: Multiple customer devices or phones support- the information about customers' contact channels or devices can be used by the voice verification back-end to improve an on-the-fly adaptation of the voiceprint to the current recording channel. Continuous voiceprint improvement - if the client is ill (raspy/ raucous voice) or in an emotional state (e.g. sad, displeased, furious) it may initially affect the false rejection rate. Using the continuous learning mechanism, the robustness of the system to these deviations can be improved. Short speech fragments - we need about 50-60 seconds of speech extracted from conversations to get a high quality on boarding. Approximately 10 seconds of speech is required to make a reliable verification decision. High system performance - the high quality on boarding and verification both run in real time. The latency is a maximum of one to two seconds.
