Who are we?
adiacom is a founder-managed Swiss stock corporation and has been a pioneer in video communication since 2004. Online video communication is a key issue in the digitization of companies. Since 2010, adiacom has been offering an online consulting and communication platform as a service solution for companies. The platform is being continuously developed and now covers all aspects of customer contact across all industries with a focus on "digital and yet personal". The focus is on the product-related marketing of cloud or on-premise services. The services are offered in a sustainable subscription model.

The video service platform is based on open standards and offers added value for every industry. B2B or B2C communication and interaction will be sustainably improved for companies via the standardized platform. The simple and individual integration into mobile apps, websites and business processes takes place via an open interface (API) and visual process control.
adiacom services are white label solutions. The integration into the front-end applications takes place via APIs. The back-end adjustments are made using open standards and a visual process control system that allows any form of integration.
The live advice is based on WebRTC end-to-end encryption. The other communication procedures are secured via SwissSign or existing company certificates.
The adiacom solutions can be used via the multi-tenant cloud or on-premise in your own company infrastructure. Suitable service providers are available on all continents for worldwide use
